We strongly recommend Bangkirai decking boards, that are extremely stable and water resistant. The boards have a special slip- resistant surface.
In connection with features mentioned above, these boards are the most popular material for building all kinds of outdoor settings, patios, saunas, spas, outdoor showers, tarrace or picnic areas - the applications are endless.
We offer decking boards in standard dimensions, for example: 19x90x1800-3900mm or 21x125x1800-3900mm, we might also offer other dimensions - at client's request.
iDECK Bangkirai
Origin: Indonesia and Malaysia
Durability classification: 1-2, (long service life) -
hardwood, resistance to friction, fine shakiness,
marginally split proof, no chemical treatment required
Natural colouring: light to medium brown, partly light
yellowish, a fine silver patina forms over time
Dry shrink rate: very high, medium degree of warp -
small growth defects, some sapwood at the endings -
small worm holes (diameter 1-1.5 mm) are typical
characteristics caused by insect impingement, which
are only active in standing trees - content substances/
tannic acids may also be rinsed out by rain in the form of
a brown fluid - contact with ferrous metals causes blue/
black staining and should be avoided as the content
substances tend to corrode ironwork
